The Team
Goodwin Barrymore
Company founder, Goodwin Barrymore, transitioned to insurance adjusting after many successful years in commercial and residential construction. He handled more than 10,000 claims for educational, medical and industrial organizations. He also worked on numerous government and military projects.
In 1999, he switched focus from insurance adjusting (insurance company focused) to insurance appraising (client focused) and founded Atlas Claims. Jacy Shipman
Jacy Shipman is a licensed Texas All Lines Independent Adjuster with hands-on experience in catastrophe (CAT) property claims, including wind, hail, hurricane, flood, and fire losses. She has experience with Xactimate, the industry-standard software for property claims estimating, and she has handled over 100 field inspections and claims documentation. Julio Gonzalez, a certified roof inspector and insurance appraiser, brings over 25 years of deep industry experience to every roof and property damage assessment he performs. As a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector — a credential widely recognized in the roofing and insurance industries for its rigorous, science-based training and credibility in storm damage assessment — Julio applies advanced technical expertise to provide accurate, defensible evaluations that both property owners and carriers trust.
Julio is also Tile Roofing Institute Certified, giving him specialized expertise in evaluating high-end and specialty roofing systems.
